The world GFS organization works to support the body of Christ by promoting and supporting GFS ministries around the world. Through GFS programs and specific world projects, GFS seeks to respond to human needs by serving others and working to transform unjust structures of society.
Women and girls from around the world gather every 3 years to meet at GFS World Council. The next world council will be held in 2017 in Australia. The World President (2014-2017) is Mrs. Val Gribble. Learn more at the GFS World website.
World Council, World Project and World Day of Prayer are regular events which give girls an opportunity to act on a global level and gain a broader world view.
